Author Bio:
Sybil Bartel grew up in Northern California with her head in a book and her feet in the sand. She dreamt of becoming a painter but the heady scent of libraries with their shelves full of books drew her into the world of storytelling. She loves the New Adult genre, but any story about a love so desperately wrong and impossibly beautiful makes her swoon.
Sybil now resides in Southern Florida and while she doesn’t get to read as much as she likes, she still buries her toes in the sand. If she isn’t writing or fighting to contain the banana plantation in her backyard, you can find her spending time with her handsomely tattooed husband, her brilliantly practical son and a mischievous miniature boxer…

I admit it. I love Jared! My love for this character is very close to my love for another favorite character of Ms. Bartel's. I thought he was sexy and alpha and so strong, but what really made me love this character, was the vulnerability and the flaws that you were able to see within him. I loved seeing his progression throughout the story.

I don't want to give anything away storywise. You definitely need to read this for yourself and you will not be disappointed when you do. I have loved all of Sybil's work and this will definitely be up there with my favorites of hers.

What He Doesn't Know by Kandi Steiner My rating: 5 of 5 stars I am officially gutted from this story. I am done for. How will I be able to stand another book in this duet? Kandi's writing is absolutely beautiful and there is not a single book by her that I haven't loved. This book I am now going on record as saying is my favorite of hers so far and that is really saying something. Of course I am sure I will say that with her next book and the next book after that, because they are all amazing. I don't want to talk about the storyline of this book, because I believe you need to read this story for yourselves. There is heartache and angst. There is love and moments that make you swoon.
