Author Bio:
Sybil Bartel grew up in Northern California with her head in a book and her feet in the sand. She dreamt of becoming a painter but the heady scent of libraries with their shelves full of books drew her into the world of storytelling. She loves the New Adult genre, but any story about a love so desperately wrong and impossibly beautiful makes her swoon.
Sybil now resides in Southern Florida and while she doesn’t get to read as much as she likes, she still buries her toes in the sand. If she isn’t writing or fighting to contain the banana plantation in her backyard, you can find her spending time with her handsomely tattooed husband, her brilliantly practical son and a mischievous miniature boxer…

Okay, so here's the thing. Anyone who knows me, knows that I was obsessed with Talon. Okay not was. Still in love with him. Anyways, I wasn't sure that anyone could meet those standards going into this story. OMG! Sybil not only met this with Neil, she exceeded them!

I loved Neil! He was alpha and delicious and underneath it all, actually really caring. I loved that about him. Ariel is feisty and strong and the perfect complement to Neil. He definitely needs a strong companion and she fits that description.

The story was action packed and thrilling and drew me in from the first page. Oh and did I mention the hotness factor! It is off the charts steamy and the chemistry between the characters sizzles.

I loved this book, just as I have loved all books I have read by Sybil. I absolutely cannot wait for more.

What He Doesn't Know by Kandi Steiner My rating: 5 of 5 stars I am officially gutted from this story. I am done for. How will I be able to stand another book in this duet? Kandi's writing is absolutely beautiful and there is not a single book by her that I haven't loved. This book I am now going on record as saying is my favorite of hers so far and that is really saying something. Of course I am sure I will say that with her next book and the next book after that, because they are all amazing. I don't want to talk about the storyline of this book, because I believe you need to read this story for yourselves. There is heartache and angst. There is love and moments that make you swoon.
